Common use of Related Experience Clause in Contracts

Related Experience. 3.6.1 A committee shall be established consisting of an equal number of representatives of the board of education and of the teachers employed by that board. The committee shall consider any application for recognition of related experience of a teaching nature other than that recognized in Clause 3.4, or related experience of a non- teaching nature in the field in which the teacher will teach, as either wholly or partially equivalent to teaching service for incremental credit. The decision of the committee shall serve as a recommendation to the board of education.
