To re-arrange with administrative approval, his/her schedule to enable himself/herself and other members of the faculty so affected to obtain basic loads. 3. A full-time faculty member who is on layoff shall be given preference as a part-time instructor to teach courses for which he/she is qualified at the supplemental rate.

Gov’t Code Ch. 2274 of SB 19 (87th session), the company hereby certifies and verifies that the company, or association, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability company, including a wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary parent company, or affiliate of these entities or associations, that exists to make a profit, does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association and will not discriminate during the term of this contract against a firearm entity or firearm trade association.   • Indemnification for Marketing Materials In addition to the foregoing indemnification, the Fund and the Investment Adviser also, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Underwriter, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents of each Underwriter, and each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter within the meaning of Section 15 of the 1933 Act or Section 20 of the 1934 Act, against any and all loss, liability, claim, damage and expense described in the indemnity contained in Section 6(a), as limited by the proviso set forth therein, with respect to any sales material.
