RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD. 4.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, the Parent Award is the Live Performance Award 2010 (the Award). 4.2 This Agreement replaces all of the provisions of the Live Performance Award 2010, including, but not limited to each of the following: rest breaks, annual leave loading, public holidays, monetary allowances, loadings for working overtime, penalty rates, incentive-based payments and bonuses.
