RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This Enterprise Agreement must be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Private Hospital Industry Nurses’ (State) Award.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. (I) the Agreement Must be Read and Interpreted in Conjunction With the Private Hospital Industry Nurses’ (State) Award.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This Clause shall be read in conjunction with the provisions of the Nurses (ANF – WA Public Sector) Award 1994 and shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. (a) This Agreement shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Transport Workers’ (General) Award No. 10 of 1961 (‘the Award’).
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This agreement operates to the exclusion of the Credit Union Award 1998 (“the Award”). Relevant terms from the Award have been incorporated into this agreement and should be interpreted consistent with the Award unless otherwise required.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This agreement shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the social and community services employees (state) award. The agreement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between the award and the agreement.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This agreement contains all terms and conditions of employment and is intended to cover the field in that regard. This agreement overrides and operates to the exclusion of all provisions of the Black Coal Mining Industry Award 2010 or any replacement Award.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This agreement will replace the Metal Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998. Where this Agreement is silent on a relevant matter, the Award will apply.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. 6A.1 This Agreement is derived from the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 (“Award”). The Award, as in operation just before this Agreement is made, is incorporated by reference into this Agreement, except for the following terms of the Award: 3.1.2, 3.2, 5.1, 7.1.6(b), 7.4.10(d), 7.5.3, 7.5.5 and Parts II, III, IV, V and VI.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. (a) This Agreement shall prevail over the Award to the extent of any inconsistency.
