Relevant Witnesses and Information. The Union and the Employer may request the production of specific documents, books, papers or witnesses reasonably available from the Union or the Employer and relevant to the grievance under consideration. Electronic document and/or information requests to the Employer shall be made to the Assistant Director. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied. Both parties agree to full discovery no later than three (3) days prior to the arbitration. This provision may be waived by mutual agreement or by decision of the arbitrator.
