Relief from Overtime. (a) It is the policy of the Company to cooperate and grant the request of an employee who desires to be relieved from overtime for bona fide personal reasons. It is understood that at least one request will be granted in each center per day, and that the employee xxxxx- xx such relief will not be required to work more than eight (8) hours.
