RELIEVING IN HIGHER AND LOWER-RATED POSITIONS. In cases where an employee is required to transfer temporarily to a lower-rated job, such employee shall incur no reduction in wages because of such transfer. Any employee required to relieve in a higher rated job, shall get the rate of pay for the job. Unless the assignment is in writing, the employee shall not be obliged to relieve in a higher rated job.
