Common use of Religious Observance Clause in Contracts

Religious Observance. Employees of any faith who are scheduled to work on religious holidays may request, in writing, and shall be granted, leave ( up to 2 days per school year) based on notification of their principal or director and approval by the superintendent. The employee will make up the time as mutually agreed by the principal or director and the employee.
