Remeasurement of Premises. At any time and from time to time, Director may cause City to conduct a space audit pursuant to which City remeasures the Premises using the Airport’s then- current measurement specifications, and in such event, the Lease terms based on square footage shall be deemed automatically adjusted to reflect such remeasurement.

Remeasurement of Premises. Tenant acknowledges that the approximate square footage of the Building stated in Article 1 is Landlord’s estimate, only, and that the actual square footage of the completed Building may vary therefrom. Upon Landlord’s delivery of the Building to Tenant in the Delivery Condition (defined below), either Landlord or Tenant may elect to measure the actual number of rentable square feet in the Building in accordance with the most current BOMA standards for single-tenant spaces and the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit G, and such measurement of rentable square feet shall thereafter be used for calculation of Minimum Rent under this Article 2 and the TIA Amount under Section 4(D). Any outdoor amenity space, outdoor entertainment space or exterior space shall be excluded from such measurement. Such remeasured square footage shall be set forth in the Ratification Agreement (defined below). The square footage listed in the Ratification Agreement executed between Landlord and Tenant shall be conclusive for all purposes.
Remeasurement of Premises. Notwithstanding the Rentable Area set forth in Section 1.1(h) above, Tenant is entitled to verify the area of the Building and establish a modified Rentable Area pursuant to the terms of this Section 3.3. Tenant’s option to remeasure the Building is subject to (a) such remeasurement being performed and certified by a licensed architect using the BOMA 2017 (ANSI Z65.1-2017) standard; and (b) delivery of a copy of the certified measurement to Landlord on or before the date that is sixty (60) days following the Effective Date. If the certified remeasurement is different from the Rentable Area set forth above, the parties shall enter into an amendment modifying the Lease to reflect the new Rentable Area and adjusting the Base Rent and the Allowance. Landlord agrees that notwithstanding the methodology of measurement cited above, the mezzanine space existing as of the Effective Date shall not be included in Tenant’s remeasurement.
Remeasurement of Premises. The rentable square feet of the Premises is approximately as set forth in Section 1.1 above. For purposes hereof, the rentable square feet of the Premises and the Building shall be calculated by Landlord pursuant to the standard method of measurement for the Building used by Landlord. The rentable square feet of the Premises and the Building are subject to verification from time to time by Lxxxxxxx’s planner/designer and such verification shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Section 1.2. Txxxxx’s architect may consult with Lxxxxxxx’s planner/designer regarding such verification, except to the extent it relates to the rentable square feet of the Building; provided, however, the determination of Landlord’s planner/designer shall be conclusive and binding upon the parties. If Lxxxxxxx’s planner/designer determines that the rentable square footage amounts shall be different from those set forth in this Lease, all amounts, percentages and figures appearing or referred to in this Lease based upon such incorrect rentable square footage (including, without limitation, the amount of the Base Rent and Tenant’s Share) shall be modified in accordance with such determination. If such determination is made, it will be confirmed in writing by Landlord to Tenant.

Upon Substantial Completion of the Building Shell, Landlord will measure the actual number of rentable square feet in the Building in accordance with the most current BOMA standards, and such measurement shall thereafter be used for all purposes of this Lease including, without limitation, calculating monthly Base Rent, Tenant's Percentage of Common Area Expenses and the amount of Landlord's TI Allowance. Such remeasured square footage shall be set forth in the Commencement Date Memorandum.
Remeasurement of Premises. Within ten (10) business days after the substantial completion of the Building, Landlord shall cause the Building, the Premises and the combined Spaces A and B to be remeasured by a architect selected by Landlord ("Landlord's Architect"). The remeasurement shall be performed in accordance with BOMA/ANSI Standards as of June 7, 1996. Landlord shall provide the results of such remeasurement to Tenant, together with the architect's calculations therefor with three (3) business days after the completion of such remeasurement. The results of the remeasurement shall be provided to Tenant as follows:

The parties hereby acknowledge that, as provided in Paragraph 3 of the Sixth Amendment to Lease, the Premises have been remeasured by Xxxxxxx & Caulfield, using the Modified BOMA Standard and therefore, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease contained, effective as of January 1, 2005, the Premises shall be deemed to contain 354,936 rentable square feet of Office Premises and 107 rentable square feet of Data Closet Premises, as set forth above.

Remeasurement of Premises. Landlord and Tenant each reserve the right to remeasure the Premises at any time within thirty (30) days of Tenant’s receipt of possession of the Premises from Landlord. All measurements shall be applied in conformance with BOMA standards (as such term is defined below). If any remeasurement determines that the Premises contain a different number of square feet than set forth in paragraph (b) above, the Rent shall be adjusted retroactively and prospectively on a pro rata basis to reflect the number of square feet determined by such remeasurement. Upon either party’s request, the revised square footage shall be confirmed in an amendment to this Lease signed by both parties. In the event of a dispute between Landlord and Tenant as to the actual square footage of the Premises, the parties shall have the right to choose an independent third party, mutually selected by Landlord and Tenant to resolve such dispute and the findings of such third party shall be binding on the parties. Once such area is finally determined by Landlord and Tenant, the Rent, Pass Through Expenses, Additional Rent and the Allowance, and any other items based on the area of the Premises shall be appropriately adjusted.
Remeasurement of Premises. Within thirty (30)days following the occurrence of the Commencement Date, Landlord shall measure the Premises, measured from the outside glass to the outside glass of the Building but not including the covered dock, patio areas or the exterior drip lines. In the event that such measurement of the Premises by Landlord indicates that the Premises contains in excess of or lower than the RSF set forth in provision (c) of the Fundamental Lease Provision, any payments due to either Landlord or Tenant from the other party based upon the amount of square feet contained in the Premises shall be proportionally, retroactively and prospectively reduced or increased, as appropriate, to reflect the actual RSF of the Premises as measured by Landlord pursuant to the provision of this Section 1.2, and the parties shall execute an amendment to this Lease consistent with the foregoing.
Remeasurement of Premises. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that the Premises have been remeasured and that, notwithstanding any contrary provision contained in the Lease, effective as of July 1, 2020, the Premises shall be deemed to contain [XXX] rentable square feet of space. The rentable square footage of the Premises shall not otherwise be subject to remeasurement or modification during the "Extended Term" (as defined in Section 4 below).
