Remediation Phase, if needed. If identified as necessary during the Assessment Phase and agreed upon by the parties, Verizon will perform the required upgrades to bring Customer’s environment up to the minimum standard required for Contact Center Managed Service. If Customer engages Verizon to perform the remediation, additional Professional Services fees may apply for Verizon to review and validate the remediation steps implemented, which shall be set forth in a Change Order. If Customer elects to perform the remediation on its own, Verizon will need to conduct a re-assessment of the Customer’s Contact Center infrastructure, which may result in additional Professional Services fees.
