Removal from Layoff List. A. If an employee is recalled, the employee’s name shall be removed from both layoff lists. In the event that an employee is recalled to a Seniority Unit other than the one from which he/she was laid off, and the employee does not successfully complete the probationary period, such employee’s name shall be restored to the original Seniority Unit Layoff List for the remainder of the time period originally provided in Section 3, Layoff List, subdivision A.
