Common use of Report-In Pay Clause in Contracts

Report-In Pay. 22:01 If an employee reports for work on his/her shift and/or overtime shift without being informed the day before that his/her services are not required, he/she shall receive at least four (4) hours pay for the shift in question, unless the reason for his/her services not being required is beyond the Company’s control.

Report-In Pay. 22:01 If an a regular employee reports for work on his/her his regular shift and/or overtime shift without being informed the day before that his/her his services are not required, he/she he shall receive at least four (4) hours pay for the shift in question, unless the reason for his/her his services not being required is beyond the Company’s 's control.. In the event the employee is not required to remain on the premises and is excused by the Company prior to working four (4) hours into the shift, the difference in the hours will be paid at the appropriate fixed hourly rate plus C.O.L.A.
