Common use of Report-in Time Clause in Contracts

Report-in Time. Employees who report for work in accordance with their regular schedules, and without previous notice thereof, neither their regularly assigned nor any reasonably comparable work is available will receive not less than four hours pay at the rate applicable had they worked but this provision shall not apply when such unavailability of work is beyond the control of the Company.
