Common use of Report-In Time Clause in Contracts

Report-In Time. Employees who report for work in accordance with their regular schedules, and, without previous notice thereof, neither their regularly assigned nor any reasonably comparable work is available, will receive not less than four hours pay at the rate applicable had they worked. This Subsection (b) shall not be applicable where the inability of the Company to supply work is the result of fire, snowstorm, flood, power failure or work stoppage by employees in the same Company location.
