Report of Malfunction. With respect to a report of any Malfunction, Subscriber personnel making such a report will describe to the Telephone Support staff the Malfunction in reasonable detail and the circumstances under which the Malfunction occurred or is occurring and will, with the assistance of the Telephone Support staff members, classify the Malfunction as a Severity Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 Malfunction.
