REPORTING IN PAY. 22.01 Any employee who has not been notified in advance “not to report for work”, and who reports for his regular scheduled shift, will be given at least four (4) hours work. If no work is available, he will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours, at his base hourly rate. 22.02 The obligation of the Company will not prevail: 1) If no work is available because of: a) A power shortage or a failure of power supplies. b) Any other condition beyond the control of the Company.
