REPORTING IN PAY. 26.01 An employee who has not been notified in advance "not to report for work" and who reports for his regular scheduled shift will be given the opportunity to work at least four (4) hours of work, and if no work is available he will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at his base hourly rate. 26.02 This obligation on the Company will not prevail: a) If no work is available because of: i) A power shortage or a failure of power supply; ii) Any other conditions beyond the control of the Company. b) If the employee has not kept the Company informed of his current address and phone number.
