REPORTING IN PAY. 13.01 If 20:01 In the event that an employee reports for work on her/his their regular scheduled shift and shift, without having been previously notified not to report, the employee will be given at least four (4) hours work, or if no work is available, will be paid the employee will receive equivalent of four (4) hours pay at their regular rate of pay, except in cases of labour disputes or other conditions beyond the applicable hourly ratecontrol of the Company.
