Common use of Representatives of CUPE Clause in Contracts

Representatives of CUPE. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the employer. Such representative(s) shall also have access to the employer’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances.

Representatives of CUPE. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the employerEmployer. Such representative(s) shall also have access to the employer’s Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances. Arrangement for such access will be made through Human Resources.

Representatives of CUPE. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the employerEmployer. Such representative(srepresentatives(s)/advisor(s) shall also have access to the employer’s premises Employer's premises, provided the representative provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice in writing of such visit, in order to investigate and assist in the settlement deal with any matters arising out of grievancesthis collective agreement.

Such representative(s) shall also have access to the employer’s USSU premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances. Arrangement for such access will be made through the General Manager.

Such representative(s) shall also must obtain permission from the Employer in order to have access to the employerEmployer’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievancessuch permission shall not be unreasonably denied.

Such representative(s) shall also have access to the employer’s USSU premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances. Arrangement for such access will be made through the General Manager/designate.
