Common use of Representatives of the Canadian Union Clause in Contracts

Representatives of the Canadian Union. ‌ The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance. Such representative(s) must obtain permission from the Employer in order to have access to the Employer’s premises. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
