Request for Credit Information. End-User shall request credit reports from Pre-employ pursuant to procedures prescribed by Pre-employ from time to time only when it is considering the individual inquired upon for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention as an employee, and for no other purpose. End User shall comply with any federal and state laws which may restrict or ban the use of Consumer Report for Employment Purposes. If information will be used in connection with employment purposes, in addition to terms listed in Master Service Agreement and End-User Agreement, End-User must certify to the following as it relates to: TransUnion and Equifax requirements for the end-user of TransUnion information: TransUnion Requirements: Prior to delivering Consumer Reports to an End User, Reseller must first enter into a service agreement with that End User that contains the following language:

  • Credit Information As to each consumer report (as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508) or other credit information furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser, that Seller has full right and authority and is not precluded by law or contract from furnishing such information to the Purchaser and the Purchaser is not precluded from furnishing the same to any subsequent or prospective purchaser of such Mortgage. The Seller shall hold the Purchaser harmless from any and all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from disclosure of credit information in connection with the Purchaser's secondary marketing operations and the purchase and sale of mortgages or Servicing Rights thereto;
