If the need for Family Care and Medical Leave is not foreseeable, the employee shall provide written notice as soon as practicable. If the need for Family Care and Medical Leave is due to planned medical treatment or supervision, the employee shall make a reasonable effort to schedule the treatment or supervision to avoid disruption of District operations, subject to the approval of the appropriate health care provider.
