Request for Verification. Payment to the Developer for TIF Funded Redevelopment Project Costs shall be made based upon Requests for Verification submitted by the Developer to the City from time to time. With respect to Requests for Verification involving construction, the City shall be furnished with (i) Developer's sworn statement giving the name of all parties furnishing labor, materials and/or equipment, or property for construction of the TIF Improvements and the amounts to be paid to such parties for such construction; (ii) a certificate from Developer's Project Engineer (the "Project Engineer") that, to the best of the Water Street Commons Project Engineer's knowledge, information and belief, based on the Water Street Commons Project Engineer's observations at the site and on the data comprising the Request for Verification, the TIF Improvements have been substantially completed. The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove a Request for Verification by written notice given to Developer within ten (10) business days after the delivery of the Request for Verification. In the event the City disapproves a Request for Verification, the City's written notice to Developer shall set forth the specific reasons for disapproval and Developer may resubmit the Request for Verification and the procedures for review and approval by the City set forth herein shall apply to all such resubmittals.
Request for Verification. When an employee has been out sick for a period of three (3) consecutive days or when a pattern of potential abuse of leave is established, with the approval of the Human Resources Director, the Employer has the right to request a doctor’s certification of illness or injury subject to the confidentiality provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Employees should be notified in advance of any absence of the need to provide a doctor’s certificate except where verification may be requested by the employer pursuant to the various State and Federal medical leave laws.
Request for Verification. Where there is doubt on the origin of goods from the territory of one of the Parties, any natural or legal person having proved legal interest thereon, may submit the request for verification corresponding to the competent authority of the country, providing expertise, documents and other evidence to substantiate the application. Verification, may also be initiated when they have the necessary facts.

  • REQUEST FOR REVIEW Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim.   • Request for Hearing The employee must file a written request for hearing within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dismissal or Suspension.   • E-Verification If applicable, Contractor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§ 71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program. Contractor agrees to maintain records of such compliance. Upon request of the State and after approval of the Social Security Administration or Department of Homeland Security when required, Contractor agrees to provide a copy of each such verification. Contractor further represents and warrants that any person assigned to perform services hereafter meets the employment eligibility requirements of all immigration laws. The breach of this agreement may subject Contractor to the following:

  • Third Party Verification 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

  • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.
