Requests for Negotiation. If either of the parties desires to negotiate changes in salaries or other terms and conditions of employment which are within the authority of the Board of Education to resolve, it shall notify the other party in writing not later than April 1 st of the year in which the contract will expire. Notification in writing from the Federation shall be addressed to the Superintendent. Notification in writing from the Board of Education shall be addressed to the President of the Federation.
Requests for Negotiation. 1. If either party desires to negotiate changes in wages, hours, or other terms and conditions of employment, it will notify the other party in writing not later than two (2) months, and not earlier than six (6) months, prior to the expiration of this Agreement. Notification from the V. T. A. will be submitted to the Superintendent. Notification from the Board will be addressed to the V. T. A.
Requests for Negotiation. A. If either of the parties desires to negotiate any subject covered by Article 3.01 of this Agreement, it shall notify the other party in writing between one hundred fifty (150) days to one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. Notification in writing from the Association shall be served on the Superintendent, and the Board shall be addressed to the President of the Association.

If either party desires to open bargaining, it shall notify the other party in writing no sooner than one hundred twenty (120) days nor later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of the agreement. Notification shall be served in writing. Within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of such notice, the parties will have their initial meeting and exchange written proposals.

If either of the parties desires to negotiate changes in subjects of negotiations, it shall notify the other party in writing not earlier than the fifteenth day of March of any year in which negotiations are to take place. Notification in writing from Association shall be served on the Superintendent, and from the Board shall be addressed to the President of the Association. Within fifteen working days after receipt of such notice, unless otherwise mutually agreed, the initial bargaining session shall occur.
Requests for Negotiation. 202.01 If either the Board or Association (collectively, “Parties”) desires to negotiate a successor agreement, such party shall notify the other party in writing and not earlier than the first (1st) day of January of any year in which negotiations are to take place. Notification in writing from the Association shall be served upon the Board President, Superintendent, and Treasurer. Notification in writing from the Board shall be served upon both the Association President and Treasurer.
Requests for Negotiation. 1. Upon request of either party for a meeting to open negotiations, a meeting date shall be set within fifteen (15) days following such request. All proposals for negotiations by the Union shall be submitted in writing at the first meeting and the Board shall submit in writing to the Union representatives all of its proposals for negotiations no later than the second meeting. No additional proposals shall be submitted by either party following the designated meeting unless agreed to by both parties. Neither party is obligated to meet sooner than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of any current agreement.
Requests for Negotiation. 202.01 If either of the parties desires to negotiate a successor agreement, such party shall notify the other party in writing and not earlier than the first (1st) day of January of any year in which negotiations are to take place. Notification in writing from the BEA shall be served on the President and Treasurer of the Board, and from the Board shall be served on the President and Treasurer of the BEA.

If either party desires to negotiate changes in the Master Agreement, it shall notify the other party in writing during the month of March in any school year in which negotiations are to take place. Notification in writing from the MVCTA shall be served on the Superintendent and from the Board shall be addressed to the president/co-presidents of the MVCTA. Within fifteen (15) work days after receipt of such notice, an initial meeting shall be held. At this meeting, the parties shall submit to each other their proposals for negotiations in such written detail so that the proposals, if agreed to by the other party, would express the whole agreement between the parties with respect thereto. Thereafter, neither party shall submit additional items for negotiations except with the consent of the other party.
