REQUESTS FOR TIME OFF. a. Requests for Union leave with the Company will be made to the Director of Maintenance or his designee. Each such request shall be submitted via the Company email system, facsimile, hand delivery or by US Mail no later than two (2) weeks before the first requested day off.
