The Fixed Based Operator facility improvements are generally anticipated to be comprised of a main building with lobby and office space, vehicle parking, hangar space for maintenance and aircraft storage, an above-ground fuel storage facility (“fuel farm”), a self-serve Avgas facility, and various apron and transient aircraft parking areas.
