Requirement to Possess a Driver’s License: An employee who is required to drive either a Town- owned vehicle or the employee’s own personal vehicle to conduct business on behalf of the Town, must possess a valid New York State driver's license at the time of appointment and must maintain a valid license throughout employment.

Requirement to Possess a Driver’s License: An employee who is required to drive either a Town- owned vehicle or the employee’s own personal vehicle to conduct business on behalf of the Town, must possess a valid New York State driver's license at the time of appointment and must maintain a valid license throughout employment. An employee who is required to possess a driver’s license in order to perform certain job duties and responsibilities must immediately notify the Superintendent of Highways in the event the license is suspended, revoked, or if the employee is otherwise disqualified from driving. The loss or suspension of the driver’s license may affect the employee’s employment with the Town.
Requirement to Possess a Commercial Driver’s License: The Employer will reimburse employees for the cost of an initial or renewal of a Commercial Drivers License. The Employer will make Town equipment reasonably available (when equipment is not required for regular work) for training on Town property for employees to prepare for obtaining a Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
Requirement to Possess a Commercial Driver’s License: An employee hired as a Motor Equipment Operator must possess a Commercial Drivers License at the time of appointment. An employee who operates a vehicle that requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) must maintain such license throughout employment. Effective January 1, 2009, the Town will reimburse an employee for the difference in the cost between a regular driver’s license and a CDL.

  • Requirement to Have a Single Audit The Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. If a single audit is not required, only the Subrecipient Annual Report is required. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in Federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. For fiscal years ending on or after December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in Federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200, Subpart F. The Subrecipient Annual Report is required to be submitted within 45 days, whether or not a Single Audit is required.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.
