Session can be rescheduled if cancelation takes place 24 hours in advance. It is important for Client to keep scheduled appointments as it may affect the outcome on results, should Client miss appointments. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Client will forfeit the session and the session will be counted as an attended session. If fees are based on per session, the Client will be billed for the session if the Client did not cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS. Purchaser may cancel or reschedule Products ordered on a Purchase Order using the guidelines detailed in Exhibit B. To the extent that any unused Inventory procured by Manufacturer prior to the cancelled Purchase Order or portion thereof cannot be used by Manufacturer in the manufacture, testing or assembly of other products for Purchaser or any of Manufacturer’s other customers products (“Unusable Inventory”), Manufacturer shall use its best efforts to (a) cancel any pending orders for such Unusable Inventory, and (b) return any such Unusable Inventory in Manufacturer’s possession to the applicable suppliers or (c) redirect this Unsable Inventory to other products which utilize the same Components. If Manufacturer is unable to return any Unusable Inventory in its possession to the applicable suppliers or redirect to another product, Manufacturer shall notify Purchaser of such Unusable Inventory and, at Purchaser’s instruction, Manufacturer shall either deliver such Unusable Inventory to Purchaser or use its best efforts to resell such Unusable Inventory. After such efforts have been completed, Purchaser shall pay Manufacturer for Products and Unusable Inventory affected by the cancellation as follows: (i) one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for all finished Products in Manufacturer’s possession that are delivered to Purchaser and accepted by Purchaser in accordance with the testing and inspection procedures set forth in Section 5, (ii) one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of Unusable Inventory delivered to Purchaser, (iii) one hundred percent (100%) of the difference between the cost of all Unusable Inventory that was resold by Manufacturer at less than cost and the proceeds from such resale, (iv) one hundred percent (100%) of the difference between the cost of all Unusable Inventory that could not be resold by Manufacturer and the salvage value thereof, and (v) one hundred percent (100%) of any vendor cancellation charges incurred with respect to the Unusable Inventory accepted for cancellation or return by the vendor. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Manufacturer shall use all reasonable commercial efforts to mitigate the amounts payable by Purchaser under this Section in connection with any cancellations.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS. (a) Dealer may delay delivery under a Purchase Order, provided that (i) the request for such delay is received by JetFax at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled shipment date and (ii) the rescheduled shipment date is not more than thirty (30) days after the scheduled shipment date. Delivery under a Purchase Order may only be rescheduled once. Any additional rescheduling or rescheduling beyond the times permitted will be considered to be a cancellation.

However, depending upon your needs, the therapist and client may agree upon a different schedule or duration with designated start and end times. If you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via telephone or text at 000.000.0000 as there is a possibility that another client may be able to use your scheduled time. Sessions missed without 48-hour notice of cancellation will be charged at the therapy hour rate unless the lack of 48-hour notice was the result of a genuine emergency. Please note that insurance companies will not provide reimbursement for missed therapy sessions. If you call to reschedule, I will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Communications Outside of In-Person Sessions. Texting or emailing with the therapist should be limited to logistical issues such as scheduling. Clients may leave a confidential voicemail, understanding the limits of confidentiality when communications take place over technology. Clients may request the option of communicating messages through the HIPAA-compliant Simple Practice client portal that the therapist will offer to them. Telehealth Services. Under some circumstances, it may be appropriate to conduct therapy sessions on the phone or through an internet-based video platform. The video platform requires the client to have access to the internet in a sufficiently private environment. There are risks associated with conducting therapy through the use of such technology, particularly if the client is in a particularly aroused or vulnerable state, and it may not be possible to achieve the same level of rapport and attunement without being together in person. The client must be willing to disclose his or her location at the time of the telehealth therapy session. The benefit of telehealth services is convenience, and in some circumstances is the only option. Fees for telehealth are the same as for in-person sessions.
