RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT. 3.01 The Union recognizes the rights of the Company to hire, promote and demote, transfer, suspend or otherwise discipline and discharge for just cause any employee, subject to the right of the employee concerned to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent herein provided. 3.02 The Union further recognizes the right of the Company to operate and manage its business in all respects in accordance with its commitments and responsibilities. In addition the location of plants, the products to be manufactured, the schedules of production, the methods, processes and means of manufacturing are solely and exclusively the responsibility of the Company. 3.03 The Company agrees that it will not exercise its rights or reservations for the purpose of restricting or limiting rights granted in this Agreement. 3.04 The Company also has the right to make and alter from time to time reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by employees which rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. 3.05 All changes in rules and regulations must be discussed with the plant Committee before they can be posted. All such changes in these rules and regulations will be reviewed by Management in a cell team meeting before being implemented.
