Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract. Subcontractor means an individual or entity to which the Contractor has contracted with or delegated some of its management functions or responsibilities of providing all or a part of the services required of the Contractor under this Contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 1. The UNIVERSITY shall designate in writing a faculty member to coordinate with a designee of the FIELDWORK SITE.
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND ORGANIZATION LIABILITY Required (If Grantee is a Non‐Profit or if a first tier contractor or subgrantee is a Non‐Profit) Directors, Officers and Organization insurance covering the Grantee’s Organization, Directors, Officers, and Trustees actual or alleged errors, omissions, negligent, or wrongful acts, including improper governance, employment practices and financial oversight - including improper oversight and/or use of use of grant funds and donor contributions - with a combined single limit of no less than $1,000,000.00 per claim.
Senior Management and Boards of Directors 1. Neither Party may require that an enterprise of that Party that is a covered investment appoint to senior management positions natural persons of any particular nationality.
Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.
Office Visits We cover medically necessary office visits provided they are reasonable in number and in the scope of the services rendered for the following: • office visits to primary care physicians; • office visits to specialists; • routine examinations; • consultations; • medication visits for outpatient mental illness; • office visits to oral and maxillofacial surgeons (OMS) for medical conditions; or • retail based clinics.
Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.
University Policies Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the University, comply with all policies and procedures of the University. Current policies are available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/ and include without limitation, the University’s smoking policy available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/2011/06/02/smoking/. In the event the University establishes new policies or procedures following execution of the contract, or makes modifications to policies or procedures in existence at the time of contract execution, Contractor shall comply with such new or modified policies or procedures upon written notice.
