Residency Positions. LSU shall take such actions necessary to dedicate a minimum of 82.18 full-time equivalent residency positions (the “Collaborative Residency Positions”) to be affiliated with UHC or LGMC and shall allocate not less than 65.14 full-time equivalent Residency Caps with such Collaborative Residency Positions. From the pool of Collaborative Residency Positions and Residency Caps affiliated to UHC or LGMC as set forth in the preceding sentence, LSU shall assign a sufficient number of Collaborative Residency Positions to LGMC in the LSU GME Programs identified on Schedule 2.1 to enable LGMC to achieve and maintain status as a Major Teaching Hospital and a corresponding number of Residency Caps shall be allocated to LGMC. LSU shall take the actions necessary to cause the Residency Caps associated with the Collaborative Residency Positions to be assigned or transferred, as applicable, to UHC and/or LGMC such that UHC and/or LGMC, as applicable, will be entitled to Medicare DGME and IME payments for such Collaborative Residency Positions, as more specifically agreed upon in the AAA. The Parties will use their best efforts to collaboratively develop and grow the LSU GME Programs to result in nationally recognized GME Programs and a center of excellence for clinical education of residents and fellows. Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, LSU will transfer or assign the Residency Caps and Collaborative Residency Positions to UHC and/or LGMC no later than the GME Program Start Date.

  • Float Positions The Employer may establish regular float positions which are consecutive hour shifts.

  • New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. The following criteria shall be used in making this determination:

  • Open Positions In order to ensure that all interested employees are advised of employment opportunities, notice of job vacancies for regular full or part time positions will be sent to the Union, and job announcements will be posted on designated bulletin boards in the office. In addition, information about all job vacancies will be available to employees by calling the office and in pay envelopes. All regular full or part time vacancies will be posted and filled in accordance with this Agreement. Postings will include position requirements, minimum qualifications, substitute and preferred qualifications (if any) and base rate of pay.

  • Permanent Positions All part-time and full-time positions shall be permanent unless identified as being fixed term in accordance with clause 2.2.5.

  • Scaling Locations, Rules, and Organizations All logs from timber sold under the terms and conditions of this contract shall be: (1) scaled at a location approved in writing by STATE; (2) scaled by a third-party scaling organization with a current agreement with STATE; and (3) scaled using the Official Log Scaling and Grading Rules (as adopted by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and STATE special service scaling instructions in effect at the time the logs are scaled. Utilization scale shall be handled in accordance with the section titled, “Utilization Scale.” PURCHASER shall enter into a written agreement with a third-party scaling organization for the scaling of logs removed from the timber sale area. PURCHASER shall furnish STATE with a copy of the scaling agreement upon request. If logs are delivered when a TPSO scaler is not present, PURCHASER must provide STATE with a method to assure protection and accountability. PURCHASER shall provide STATE with remote check scaling opportunities for logs scaled under this contract. The last two loads at each delivery point shall be continuously available for checking. They shall remain available for a minimum of 48 hours unless replaced by other STATE loads. They shall be available as originally presented for scaling; i.e., if truck scaled, they shall be presented in bunks. In the event scaling is suspended for any reason, hauling operations shall be immediately suspended until approved alternate scaling services are provided, or service by the scaling organization is resumed.

  • Posting of Vacant Positions Positions that are not filled through placement of employees from the layoff list or internal transfer list will be posted for a period of at least seven (7) calendar days, during which time, internal and external applicants may apply. The posting will include, at a minimum, a description of the work to be performed, the requirements of the position, the rate of pay and the shift.

  • Vacant Positions An employee on the reinstatement roster may bid on a vacant position in a different classification in the same manner as any other regular employee pursuant to this agreement.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.

  • Excluded Positions When a College temporarily assigns an employee to the duties and responsibilities of a position excluded from the provisions of this Collective Agreement, the employee's obligations to contribute to the regular monthly Union dues under Article 5.4 and his/her seniority shall continue during the period of such temporary assignment up to a maximum period of twelve
