Resignees. Professional employees who have worked 184 days will receive vision, dental, medical and hospitalization insurance for July and August in the year in which they resign. Employees will pay the contribution for insurance based on the following formula: (the percentage of the premium at the rate of that contract year as cited in Article IX of June 30th according to the employee selected plan option divided by 12) x
Resignees. Approximately 35 Employees whose names will be provided by Seller to Buyer had indicated an intention to Seller to cease employment at the Refinery following Seller's previous announcement of a planned Refinery closure (the "Resignees"). Buyer may retain any or all such Resignees in its employment provided, however, Buyer must offer each such Resignee the option to terminate employment on or before December 31, 1999, in which case Buyer shall make payments to and provide benefits for the Resignees on account of such resignation in accordance with Schedule N, and Seller shall reimburse Buyer for its costs and expenses in providing such benefits (excluding administrative costs). The Resignees will be required to give ninety days notice of their intention to accept such option to terminate employment. Any Resignee who is employed or works as a contract worker after December 31, 1999 will not be entitled to any payment funded by Seller under this provision. The Buyer agrees that if it employs or re-employs any Resignee either as an employee or as a contract worker for a period of one year following the Resignee's termination date with either the Seller or the Buyer, then Buyer will reimburse the Seller for an amount equal to any benefits provided and amounts paid by Seller for such Resignee under the applicable separation program.
