Resolution of Quality Issues. Quality related disagreements between Supplier and Client that are not resolved in the normal course of business shall be brought to the attention of the appropriate contact person for notices at the Supplier and Client; in writing, as listed in Appendix 2 (Contacts and Responsibilities). If both parties agree that a resolution of the disagreement is reasonably possible, then both Supplier and Client shall agree to work jointly to develop a strategy for such resolution. Supplier and Client further Wee to record such resolution in writing.
Resolution of Quality Issues. 4.14.1. NOF shall make reasonable effort to correct, in accordance with this agreement, all quality issues.
4.14.2. NOF and SAVIENT shall communicate openly regarding quality issues and reasonable attempts at issue resolution shall be made.
4.14.3. Unresolved issues shall be elevated to the appropriate NOF and SAVIENT leadership.
Resolution of Quality Issues. Quality related disagreements between Supplier and Wyeth that are not resolved in the normal course of business shall be brought to the attention to the appropriate contact person for notices at the Supplier and Wyeth, in writing, as listed in Appendix 2(Contacts and Responsibilities). If both parties agree that a resolution of the disagreement is reasonably possible, then both Supplier and Wyeth shall agree to work jointly to develop a strategy for such resolution. Supplier and Wyeth further agree to record such resolution in writing.

Quality related disagreements between GENSIGHT and GENETHON that are not resolved in the normal course of business shall be brought to the attention of the appropriate contact person for notices at the GENSIGHT and GENETHON, in writing, as listed above. If both Parties agree that a resolution of the disagreement is reasonably possible, then both GENSIGHT and GENETHON shall agree to work jointly to develop a strategy for such resolution. GENSIGHT and GENETHON further agree to record such resolution in writing.
Resolution of Quality Issues. During the Option Period, Lpath shall promptly report to Pfizer any matters or circumstances which reasonably might materially affect the quality of Licensed Products or the manufacture, testing, storage, packaging or distribution of Licensed Products. Quality-related disagreements between Lpath and Pfizer that are not resolved in the normal course of business shall be brought to the attention of the appropriate contact person for notices (Section 15.8) and for quality assurance (Schedule 5.9(a)) at Lpath and Pfizer, in writing. Both Parties shall use all reasonable efforts to agree to a resolution of the disagreement and agree to work jointly to develop a strategy for such resolution. Lpath and Pfizer further agree to record such resolution in writing. If resolution of a quality related disagreement cannot be reached using the process described immediately above, then the procedures in Section 4.1(d) shall be applied to resolve such disagreement.
Resolution of Quality Issues. In accordance with this Agreement, representatives from both the Sponsor and the Bio-Techne Quality Department will be involved in resolution of quality issues, such as, but not limited to Deviations, errors, or out of specification/aberrant-suspect results, in an effort to reach a mutually agreeable decision. If a mutually agreeable resolution is not reached with respect to a given quality issue, the matter will be referred to the Steering Committee for resolution (if necessary through the Escalation Process).
Resolution of Quality Issues. 18.1 Quality related disagreements between Vention and Nevro that are not resolved in the normal course of business shall be brought to the attention of the appropriate contact person for notices (as set forth below) at Vention and Nevro, in writing. If both parties agree that a resolution of the disagreement is reasonably possible, then both Vention and Nevro shall agree to work jointly to develop a strategy for such resolution. Vention and Nevro further agree to record such resolution in writing. If a resolution cannot be reached, then the parties agree to resolve the same through non-binding arbitration. ¨ x x
Resolution of Quality Issues. Representatives from both ACHAOGEN and HOVIONE Quality Assurance (QA) departments will be involved in decision-making and resolution of quality issues. All action items and resolutions shall be documented in writing. Any dispute between the Parties arising from or with respect to this Agreement shall be resolved through the Dispute Resolution provisions of the Manufacturing Agreement.
Resolution of Quality Issues. Quality related disagreements between UPM and BioPharmX that are not resolved in the normal course of business shall be brought to the attention of the appropriate contact person for notices at UPM and BioPharmX, in writing, as listed in Appendix 1.Ifboth parties agree that a resolution of the disagreement is reasonably possible, then both UPM and BioPharmX shall agree to work jointly to develop a strategy for such resolution. UPM and BioPharmX further agree to record such resolution in writing.
Resolution of Quality Issues. Quality related disagreements between Supplier and Transcept that are not resolved in the normal course of business between Transcept and Supplier shall be brought to the attention of the Responsible Person for each party. If both parties agree that a resolution of the disagreement is reasonably possible, then both Supplier and Transcept agree to work jointly to develop a strategy for such resolution. Supplier and Transcept further agree to record such resolution in writing.
