Resource Advisory Councils. ‌ There are four Resource Advisory Councils (RAC) with advisory responsibilities in Nevada--the Northeast Great Basin (NGB) RAC, the Sierra Front Northwest Great Basin (SFNGB) RAC, the Mojave Southern Great Basin (MOSO) RAC, and the Northern California (NorCal) RAC.31 These RACs are composed of citizen advisors appointed by the Secretary and are designed to have a balance of interests represented. They are sanctioned under the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The RACs meet independently between four to six times a year and the NGB, SFNGB, and MOSO RACs have one joint meeting per year. RAC meetings are open public meetings with published agendas and open public comment periods. The BLM forwards nomination and recommendation information to the three Nevada RACs through the RAC Chairs. BLM provides program updates at meetings as requested in order to provide the RACs with the opportunity to offer advice on any aspect of the program. RACs may jointly or individually formulate comments and provide advice to the BLM regarding projects proposed for funding within their area of jurisdiction during the public comment period for each round.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.
