Selection of Finalists. Four finalists (each, a “Finalist”) will be chosen by the Judges, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to such selection, from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The Finalists will be notified on or about April 9, 2017, via the contact information provided by Entrant on the Contest Site. If any potential Finalist cannot be contacted after the second attempt, declines to participate as a Finalist, or fails to contact the Houston Rockets within two (2) days of being notified that he or she is a Finalist, then such potential Finalist will forfeit the right to be a Finalist, and the Houston Rockets may select a replacement Finalist from among all remaining eligible Entries. Each Finalist will be asked to create and submit a short video of approximately one minute in length describing how the Finalist plans to use the Prize and how the Business impacts the community (the “Video Submission”). Video Submissions from the four Finalists will be posted on the Contest Site on or about April 20, 2017. Fans will have the opportunity to vote for the Finalists beginning on April 20, 2017, and ending on April 30, 2017 (the “Voting Period”). During the Voting Period, fans can visit xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to vote for their favorite finalist. Only one vote per person per day will be allowed.

Selection of Finalists. Students may receive up to four vouchers for the contest drawing based on their perfect attendance during the Contest periods, as defined below. However, a student’s name can only be drawn once to participate in the final phase of the contest. Vouchers will be on special safety coded paper and color-coded to represent each of the four high schools (JBA, LBJ, USHS, UHS). Prior to the contest drawing, the vouchers must be turned in by a student or parent at the Xxxxx Kia Dealership, located at 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Xxx., (Xxxx Road and IH-35) during normal business hours. All vouchers must be turned into Xxxxx Kia by as per the contest periods section indicated below. Four students from each high school, amounting to 16 students, will be selected to participate in the final phase of the contest. One out of 16 envelopes will be distributed to each of the selectees. These 16 finalists will draw numbers, prior to the final phase of the drawing, to determine the order that they will receive an envelope at event to be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 before the first high school graduation ceremony. Only one of the 16 envelopes will state or indicate the winner of the car. The student who receives the winning envelope will win the 2019 Kia Soul from Xxxxx Kia of Laredo. Additionally, the tax, title and license will be paid for by the Laredo Federal Credit Union, and A&K World Class Driving School will be giving a driver’s education package to the winner.

If any potential Finalist cannot be contacted after the second attempt, declines to participate as a Finalist, cannot compete as a Finalist on the applicable dates, or fails to contact the Houston Rockets within two (2) days of being notified that he or she is a Finalist, then such potential Finalist will forfeit the right to be a Finalist, and the Houston Rockets may select a replacement Finalist from among all remaining eligible Entries. The Finalists will be invited to present their case in front of a panel of representatives from Sponsor and the Houston Rockets. Sponsor will create a short video recap of such presentation by each of the Finalists (each, a “Video Entry”), each of which will last approximately one minute (1:00) in length. Video Entries from the Finalists will be posted on the Contest Site and/or on Rockets social-media pages beginning on or about March 23, 2020. Fans will have the opportunity to vote for the Finalists beginning on March 23, 2020, and ending on March 27, 2020 (the “Voting Period”). During the Voting Period, fans can visit xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx to vote for their favorite Finalist. Only one vote per person per day will be allowed. Multiple votes by the same or similar accounts will not be counted and will be voided in the sole and absolute discretion of the Houston Rockets and Sponsor. Use of any repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar technology, system or agent (including without limitation promotion entry services) to vote is prohibited and will void Entrant’s participant in the Contest, and Entrant will not be eligible to win the Prize.

The Unions will exert their best efforts to recruit and refer sufficient numbers of skilled craft workers to fulfill the labor requirements of the Contractor, including specific employment obligations to which the Contractor may be legally and/or contractually obligated; and to refer apprentices as requested to develop a larger, skilled workforce. The Unions will work with their affiliated regional and national unions, and jointly with the Community Workforce Coordinator and others designated by the College, to identify and refer competent craft persons as needed for Project Work, and to identify and hire individuals, particularly residents of the College, for entrance into joint labor/management apprenticeship programs, or to participation in other identified programs and procedures to assist individuals in qualifying and becoming eligible for such apprenticeship programs, all maintained to increase the available supply of skilled craft personnel for Project Work and future construction of maintenance work to be undertaken by the College.

  • Invoice Procedures ‌ Supplier shall remit each invoice to the “bill-to” address provided with the order promptly after all Supplier’s performance obligations have been accepted and in accordance with the milestone payment schedule, if any, in the applicable order or SOW. Payment for any support services, as authorized in the Contract and the Authorized User’s applicable order or SOW, will be annually in arrears unless otherwise stated in this Contract, or in any order or SOW referencing this Contract. No invoice may include any costs other than those identified in the signed order or SOW, and those costs must be in accordance with the schedule of fees listed on Exhibit B.
