Responsibility for Customer Data. The Customer will be responsible for the content of all Customer Data and for complying with all applicable laws in respect of the Customer Data, and ensure that it can authorize GreenOrbit to receive, store and process the Customer Data as part of providing the Hosted Service.
Responsibility for Customer Data. Customer acknowledges that responsibility for all Customer Data and any communications with others or between Authorized Users using the Services is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Customer and that LST will not be held responsible in any way for any copyright infringement or violation, or the violation of any other person's rights or the violation of any laws, including but not limited to infringement or misappropriation of copyright, trademark or other property right of any person or entity, arising or relating to Customer Data. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LST from and against all losses, damages, actions or causes of action, suits, claims, demands, penalties and interest arising in connection with or out of any such Customer Data, to the extent not caused by LST's willful misconduct.
Responsibility for Customer Data. Customer is responsible for all Customer Data, including for the accuracy, legality and integrity of content, and Customer shall obtain in advance all consents, approvals, licenses, and permissions necessary to collect and upload Customer Data to the Solution. Customer shall not upload to the Solution, or permit any third party to upload, any content that violates third-party privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights; violates applicable laws, regulations or industry standards; or contains hate speech or material that is violent, obscene, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise not reasonably related to the Solution. In addition, the Solution does not collect personal data or personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”), and no personal data f rom Customer is needed to provide the Solution. ACCORDINGLY, CUSTOMER SHALL NOT CAUSE TO BE UPLOADED TO THE SOLUTION: (A) ANY CONTENT FOR WHICH CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE ALL NECESSARY OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AND LICENSES, CONSENTS, OR PERMISSIONS; OR (B) ANY PERSONAL DATA. Without limiting any of Forward Networks’ other rights and remedies, Forward Networks shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to remove f rom the Solution any content that violates this Agreement or any of Forward Networks’ policies and procedures or is otherwise objectionable.
Responsibility for Customer Data. SAP reserves the right to remove or require Customer to remove any Customer Data (or third party information) which SAP reasonably believes breaches any applicable laws or regulations or any third party’s rights. SAP will notify Customer if it removes any Customer Data (or third party information) in accordance with this clause.
Responsibility for Customer Data. In the event of any loss or corruption of any of Customer Data that is stored on or processed by the Service, Tripwire shall use commercially reasonable efforts to recover the lost or corrupted Customer Data from Customer’s data source. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT TRIPWIRE’S EFFORTS TO RESTORE LOST OR CORRUPTED CUSTOMER DATA PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION 4.2 SHALL CONSTITUTE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND TRIPWIRE’S SOLE LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF CUSTOMER DATA.

Other than in connection with the provision of support services, Vertalo does not monitor Customer Data or the content third parties create and/or distribute using the Vertalo Services. Vertalo has no responsibility to retain any Customer Data except as expressly provided herein. Following expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer may no longer have access to Customer Data.
Responsibility for Customer Data. Customer is responsible for the Customer Data, including the accuracy and completeness of such Customer Data, and any loss, liabilities or damages resulting from the Customer Data, regardless of the nature of the Customer Data.
Responsibility for Customer Data. Customer is responsible for the content and delivery of Customer Data, including the accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, completeness, appropriateness, quality, integrity, reliability, and legal sufficiency of Customer Data, and for obtaining all rights related to the Customer Data required by Hydrolix to perform the Services and other obligations, and to exercise all rights, hereunder. Customer is responsible for ensuring Customer Data does not represent a breach of any obligations to a third party or of law. Hydrolix is not obligated to screen Customer Data, although Hydrolix reserves the right to screen Customer Data and to suspend the Services and Xxxxxxxx’s activities hereunder without warning if Hydrolix reasonably considers that such Customer Data (or Customer’s acts or omissions hereunder) may breach this Agreement or any applicable law. Hydrolix will notify Customer as soon as practicable if Hydrolix suspends the Services or Xxxxxxxx’s activities hereunder and will recommence performance as soon as, in Hydrolix's reasonable opinion, doing so would not place Hydrolix at risk of loss or damage. Hydrolix is not liable for any damage or loss caused by Xxxxxxxx's decision to suspend performance for any permissible reason under this Agreement.
Responsibility for Customer Data. Customer is solely responsible for Customer Data, including the accuracy, quality, appropriateness and legality of all Customer Data and the means by which the Customer Data is acquired, and OpenCities shall have no responsibility or liability therefor. Customer represents and warrants to OpenCities that Customer owns or has the right to use Customer Data, and has the rights necessary to grant OpenCities the licence set forth in Section 5.1, all Customer Data will be "server ready" and otherwise remain fully compatible with OpenCities’ SaaS (including all software and operating systems); and Customer has obtained all necessary rights, releases and consents to allow the Customer Data to be collected, used and disclosed in the manner contemplated by this Agreement and to grant OpenCities the rights herein.
