Common use of Responsibility Pay Clause in Contracts

Responsibility Pay. (a) An employee who is designated in writing to relieve the Director of Nursing, shall be paid eight dollars and fifty cents ($8.50) per shift for each shift so worked, in addition to her regular rate of pay.
