Common use of Responsibility Pay Clause in Contracts

Responsibility Pay. An employee designated for a minimum of one full shift to relieve in a higher rated position within the bargaining unit, or a DC1 level general duty nurse designated in charge of a xxxx, unit or worksite for three (3) hours or more shall be paid an allowance of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour.
