Rest Breaks and Meal Periods. for those employees assigned to work eight (8) or ten (10) hour shifts, they shall be allowed two fifteen minute breaks and one half hour meal period. Employees shall be subject to call to respond to non-scheduled work duties which arise during such rest breaks and meal periods and which require immediate attention. Employees assigned to work twelve (12) hour rotating shifts shall be allowed two fifteen minute rest breaks and two forty minute meal periods per shift, but said employees are subject to call to respond to non-scheduled work duties arising during the breaks and meal periods.
