Restrictions on Use of Premises. Tenant shall not (i) permit any unlawful practice to be carried on or committed on the Premises; (ii) make any use of or allow the Premises to be used in any manner or for any purpose that might invalidate or increase the rate of insurance on any policy maintained by Landlord, providing Landlord has notified Tenant of the applicable terms of such policies;
Restrictions on Use of Premises. No external T.V. radio or other aerials may be fixed to the building without the owner’s written permission. The Lessee shall not use or permit the premises hereby leased to be used for any illegal or improper purposes, nor shall the Lessee or his servants and/ or employees do or permit any act or anything which may be or become any annoyance or cause damage or disturbance to the Lessor or the occupiers of adjoining premises, nor shall the Lessee do any act or anything that may endanger or damage the building of the Lessor or any part thereof, or prejudice the fire insurance thereof. The Lessee shall duly observe al Municipal and Government laws, rules and regulations and all third party rights in respect of the premises. The Lessee shall not permit anything to be done to the building nor bring, or keep anything therein which will increase the rate of or affect fire insurance on the building or property kept therein. No sign, advertisement or notice shall be painted, affixed or hung upon any part of the premises without the written approval of the Lessor. No auction sales shall be held on the premises without the written consent of the Lessor or his Agents. No musical instruments, TV or radio shall be played after 11 p.m. except at the discretion of the Lessor. The premises shall be used as a private residence only and no other activity may be conducted therein without written consent of the Lessor. No dogs or cats shall be allowed on the premises.

Restrictions on Use of Premises. Producer shall use its best efforts to conduct its operations in a manner minimizing disruption to the Premises and Loyola. Loyola may impose restrictions on Producer’s production activities, including, but not limited to: (a) the weight and size limitations on vehicles, equipment or other property on the Premises; (b) the amount of vehicle and pedestrian traffic permitted on the Premises; (c) the level of noise, light or odor emanating from the Premises; and (d) the use of Loyola’s furnishings, utensils and other personal property on the Premises. Producer shall prevent any liens or other encumbrances from attaching to any portion of the Premises. Producer shall obey and comply with all applicable Loyola policies and governmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

Restrictions on Use of Premises. (1) Events extending beyond their scheduled time will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per additional hour with such charge being applied for any use of the Facility fifteen (15) minutes before or after the scheduled time.
(2) The Customer is responsible for setting up and cleaning up the Facility as they need during the Event. The Customer must return the tables and chairs to appropriate area at end of event. No furniture is to be taken outside or on deck at any time. The Pavilion has approximately (30) six-foot tables and 145 chairs.
(3) If attaching items to interior or exterior walls, tape is NOT allowed; please use stickytac (adhesive putty) only. Refrain from injuring or defacing the premises or any part thereof and not to drive or permit others to drive nails, hooks, tacks, staples or screws into any part of the premises. Do not attach decorations on or near light fixtures or ceiling fans. Do not remove light bulbs from light fixtures..
(4) The presence of use of lit candles, rice, bird seed, flower petals, confetti, glitter, paint, foam, shaving cream, silly string, chalk, any type of dyes or powder, or other items designated by ASUJ are absolutely prohibited.
(5) All decorations, food, and trash must be removed immediately following the event. This also includes inflated/deflated- balloons, lumber, streamers, flowers, or any other items. Failure to do so will be considered an extension of the scheduled time and will lead to additional charge being incurred. The Facility is to be left in the same condition as it was prior to the Event.
(6) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY TYPE ARE PROHIBITED ON ALL ASUJ PROPERTY.
(7) All customers hosting an event that begins or continues after 11:00 PM must reserve University Police Department security fourteen (14) days in advance of the event. The Customer is responsible for reserving this service through UPD.
