Retakes. If a student fails a section of the program, he or she may be allowed to repeat the required units of the program. Repeated sections will be billed at the tuition fees current at the time of retake.
Retakes. Retakes are to be allowed for unsatisfactory pictures. Students must return original packet prior to retake sitting. Students absent on initial picture day and new students will be photographed on retake day. Retake sessions shall be at no cost.
Retakes. (i) Exam retake processes and procedures are in place to protect the integrity of the OneStream’s certification exam content. Violation of these processes and procedures in any way, including, but not limited to, registering for and retaking a OneStream exam under a new account within the waiting period, is a violation of the process and procedures and will be treated as a violation of these Certification Program Terms. If Candidate creates a new account in order to bypass the exam retake process and procedures, the results of the retaken exam will be invalidated. No refunds or credit will be provided by OneStream or the test delivery partner.
(ii) If candidates fail to successfully complete a OneStream Certification Exam, you may retake that Certification Exam only in accordance with the retake policy.
(iii) Candidates must wait 3 days before retaking a failed proctored exam. (Registration will be allowed on the 3rd day or, if later, the first business day after the 3rd day). After the second and all subsequent exam attempts, candidates must wait 14 days between attempts.
(iv) Candidates must wait 600 days (20 months) before retaking an Exam already passed.
(v) Candidates may not retake a beta exam at any time.
(vi) Candidates are only allowed four attempts to pass an exam in a 12-month period.
Retakes. In the event that a Musician is required to remain after the end of a session for the purpose of remedying faults the Musician shall be paid from the time the performance ends until the Musician is no longer required in accordance with this clause 3.3, save that if a decision is taken within the first ten (10) minutes after the end of the performance that no retake is necessary (Initial Retake Period) then no payment shall be due to the Musician for the Initial Retake Period. (referred to as Four out of Five Hours).
Retakes. If you do not pass a Certification Exam, you may retake such Certification Exam only in accordance with the retake policy as described on the Qualtrics Certification Site, as such policy may be amended from time to time.
Retakes. In the event User wishes to photograph retakes or other scenes, or in the event User’s occupancy of Facility is interrupted by an event of force majeure or Act of God, User may re- enter and use Facility for such period as may be reasonably necessary, provided that completion of the retakes or other scenes shall be no later than twelve (12) months after User vacates the Location, and in such event the rental rate set forth in this Agreement shall apply.
Retakes. A retake is the repeat of a module following failure at a previous attempt including Non-Submission. Retakes involve re-enrolment, attendance, payment of tuition fee and completion of all elements of the module, and the submission of all assessments. They count towards the value of academic credit for which students must normally be registered in an academic year. B. If the Expert pays at a discounted price, Expert will incur a cost of $197 per retake.

In the event Licensee desires to photograph retakes or other scenes, Licensee may use said Property for such period as may be reasonably necessary therefore, commencing at any time within days of , under the same conditions as covered in this License, provided Licensee shall first obtain the prior written approval of District's General Manager, who may restrict the dates and times of access. Written approval shall be subject to written permission from those tenants under lease to the District who may be impacted by Licensee's activities. District has no obligation to prevent changes of visual significance from occurring on any portion of the Property.
Retakes. A prerecorded program or a recording of a live program or a portion thereof may be re-recorded in order to make adjustments necessitated by mechanical failure, or adjustments or corrections in performance after the date of performance; provided that such re-recording is done not later than sixty (60) days after the broadcast in the case of a live program, or sixty (60) days after the performer's final performance day in the case of a prerecorded program; and further provided that such re-recording does not conflict with the performer's other existing commitments. If the entire program or a portion of the program is thus re-recorded, the performers involved shall be entitled to one-half the applicable one (1) day rate for up to four (4) hours of work. Any work beyond four (4) hours will require payment of the one (1) day rate for up to eight (8) hours of work, overtime thereafter. With respect to narrators only, if a retake is required for reasons other than mechanical failure and if the narrator is required to re-do substantially all of his/her performance, the narrator shall be entitled to the applicable one (1) day rate for up to eight (8) hours of work.
