  • Retention Policy City shall retain ten percent (10%) of the amount due for Required Services detailed on each invoice (the “holdback amount”). Upon City review and determination of Project Completion, the holdback amount will be issued to Consultant.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY It is the policy of the Office of General Services’ New York State Procurement (NYSPro) to provide vendors with an opportunity to administratively resolve disputes, complaints or inquiries related to NYSPro bid solicitations, contract awards and contract administration. NYSPro encourages vendors to seek resolution of disputes through consultation with NYSPro staff. All such matters shall be accorded impartial and timely consideration. Interested parties may also file formal written disputes.   • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law.
