Should the Employer merge, amalgamate or combine any of its departmental operations or functions with another organization, the Employer, through whatever merger Agreement might be involved, agrees that all benefits and conditions of employment held by all employees and COPE Local 491 retirees shall be integrated and shall not be adversely affected.
