Retention of Seniority and Service on Leave. Employees on approved Family and Medical Leaves will accrue seniority and service for the first twelve (12) workweeks of such leave. Employees on leaves of absence for other reasons will accrue seniority and service for only the first 30 days of such leaves.

  • Retention of Seniority (a) Any employee, other than a probationary employee, whose employment ceases through no fault of his own, shall retain seniority and shall be recalled on the following basis:
