RETIREE PROGRAM. 38.1 A retiring bargaining unit member may remain employed on a full-time or part time basis, providing a transition period for the employee who has retired and allowing the Bureau to retain productive employees whose skills would otherwise be lost in the workplace.

RETIREE PROGRAM. The District shall request that the health insurance carrier allow employees legally retiring from McMinnville School District to remain in the group for the purpose of purchasing health insurance at the group rate until the retired employee becomes eligible for federal Medicare coverage (pursuant to ORS 243.303). The cost of such insurance will be paid by the insured. Section H - Implementation

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Retirement Programs The Company agrees to provide Employees with the benefits under the Magna Group of Companies Retirement Savings Program as set out in the Employee Retirement Savings Program Booklets.

  • RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN Effective December 24, 2006, or as soon as administratively possible, the County shall establish a retiree health savings plan (RHSP) by contributing an amount of $25.00 to the employee’s RHSP each biweekly pay period.

  • Insurance Program An eligible employee may waive rights to participate in either single or family coverage. If an employee waives this benefit, such employee may not revoke the waiver until the next open enrollment period and may be accepted only after medical review by the insurance provider.

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • Retiree Health Benefits 1. There is currently in effect a retiree health benefit program for retired members of LACERS under LAAC Division 4, Chapter 11. All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.
