Where approval to retire is granted by the employer, the employee shall receive a retirement gratuity based on the following scale: Service Gratuity Equivalent to After 10 years’ service 3 months’ salary After 14 years’ service 4 months’ salary After 17 years’ service 5 months’ salary After 20 years’ service 6 months’ salary
