Retirement of Trustees. A Trustee shall retire as Trustee at the end of the calendar year in which the Trustee attains the age of 78 years.
Retirement of Trustees. Any Trustee for the time being of these presents may retire at any time upon giving not less than three months’ notice in writing to the Issuer without assigning any reason therefor and without being responsible for any costs occasioned by such retirement. The retirement of any Trustee shall not become effective unless there remains a trustee hereof (being a trust corporation) in office after such retirement. In the event of a Trustee giving notice under this Clause, the Trustee on behalf of the Issuer shall use its best endeavours to procure a new trustee to be appointed.

The retirement of any Trustee shall not become effective unless there remains a trustee hereof (being a trust corporation) in office after such retirement. The Issuer hereby covenants that in the event of the only trustee hereof which is a trust corporation giving notice under this Clause 12.4 it shall use its best endeavours to procure a new trustee, being a trust corporation, to be appointed and if the Issuer has not procured the appointment of a new trustee within 30 days of the expiry of the Trustee notice referred to in this Clause 12.4, the Trustee shall be entitled to procure forthwith a new trustee (which shall be a trust corporation) or may petition a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong, Singapore, the British Virgin Islands or a member country of the OECD for its resignation provided that it has notified the Issuer prior to it doing so. If such petition is granted, the Trustee shall notify the Issuer and the Agents in writing of its resignation.
Retirement of Trustees. 12.1 Any trustee may retire from the office of trustee either forthwith or at some specified future date or event by writing (which may be in counterparts) to which the trustee retiring and the other trustees of this Trust are party and written notice and a copy of which shall be given to the Enforcers.
12.2 No retirement shall take effect unless following the retirement there will be at least one trustee (or the greater number of trustees as may be required by any mandatory provision of the Governing Law) remaining in office.

The Issuer and the Guarantor hereby covenant that in the event of the only trustee hereof which is a trust corporation giving notice under this Clause they shall use their best endeavours to procure a new trustee, being a trust corporation, to be appointed and if the Issuer and the Guarantor have not procured the appointment of a new trustee before of the expiry of the Trustee notice referred to in this Clause 13.4, the Trustee shall (at the cost and expenses of the Issuer, failing whom, the Guarantor) be entitled to procure forthwith a new trustee.

Each of the Issuers covenants that in the event of a trustee giving such notice under this Clause it shall use its best endeavours to procure a new trustee to be appointed.
(B) Where there are outstanding separate Series of Notes constituted by this Deed the powers conferred upon the Issuers and the Guarantors, the Noteholders and the Trustee by Clause 27 and sub-clause (A) of this Clause 28 shall, at the discretion of the person exercising such power, be capable of being exercised, and shall be effective where so expressed to be exercised, to enable a new trustee to be appointed, a trustee to be removed, a trustee to retire and a separate trustee or co-trustee to be appointed separately in relation to each such separate Series of Notes as aforesaid, and “Trustee” as used in this Deed shall be construed accordingly. In the event of the foregoing provisions of this sub-clause (B) resulting in there being more than one Trustee at any one time, executed originals of this Deed and all other original documentation shall be held by or to the order of The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. if still trustee of any of the said separate Series of the Notes, or by such one of the trustees as the Issuers or Guarantors may, subject to any contrary direction of the Noteholders of the relevant Series by Extraordinary Resolution, from time to time designate.

Retirement of Trustees. A Trustee may retire by giving the Company written notice of his desire to retire but not so as to reduce the number of Trustees below that specified in clause 17.1. If the requirements of clause 17.1 will continue to be satisfied such notice shall take effect at the expiry of three months or such other period as may be agreed in writing by the Company after the date of such notice. If the requirements of clause 17.1 will not continue to be satisfied, the Company shall, within three months after the giving of such notice, appoint an additional Trustee. If the Company fails to do so within such period, the retiring Trustee may by deed appoint an additional Trustee and his retirement shall thereupon become effective.
