Retroactive Application. If it is not known at the time that a termination of employment takes place that it is a Qualifying Termination, but it is afterwards established that it was a Qualifying Termination, then the Company shall promptly provide to you any compensation and/or benefits due under this Agreement to the extent they were not previously provided.
