Common use of Retroactive Pay Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Pay. All employees shall receive full retroactive pay to May 21, 2021 for all hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. Retroactive pay will be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques that are separate and apart from the employee's normal earnings.

Retroactive Pay. All top-rated and overscaled employees on the payroll on July 28, 2021, shall receive full retroactive pay at the rate of thirty (30¢) cents per hour to May 21December 13, 2021 2020 for all regular hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following of the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. Retroactive pay will be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques that are separate and apart from the employee's normal earningsratification.

Retroactive Pay. All employees in the bargaining unit on December 7, 2021 shall receive full retroactive pay to May 21July 1, 2021 2021, for all hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this AgreementDecember 7, 2021. Retroactive pay will shall be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques pay cheques that are separate and apart from the employee's their normal earnings.

Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. C-1 Wages The Company agrees to pay employees working alone on night shift for more than one (1) shift the top rate in the Bakery Production Specialist classification.

Retroactive Pay. All employees shall receive full retroactive pay to May 21February 1, 2021 2021, for all hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. Retroactive pay will shall be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques that are separate and apart from the employee's their normal earnings.

Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty fifteen (3015) calendar days following the date of the Union ratification of this Agreementagreement. Retroactive pay will shall be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques that are separate and apart from the employee's their normal earnings.

Retroactive Pay. All employees shall receive full retroactive pay to May 21October 1, 2021 2019 for all hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following on the date payroll at the time of Union ratification within four (4) weeks of ratification of this Agreement. Retroactive pay will shall be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques that are separate shown separately and apart from their normal earnings on the employee's normal earningsemployees pay stub.
