Return After Leave of Absence. 1. Administrators who have been granted leaves of absence shall notify the Superintendent of Schools in writing on or before the first day of February of their intention to resume work at the beginning of the ensuing year.

For any leave expiring during the course of a school year, the administrator shall notify the Superintendent of Schools in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the leave regarding the administrator’s intention to resume work at the expiration of the leave.
